The program is built around 12 private weekly sessions of two hours each with MultiGen Wellness Institute, the founder of MultiGen Wellness Online, who operates active telemedicine clinics in the United States, Colombia, and Australia. The sessions are 1-on-1, video-based, and structured to produce specific outputs each week: a legal entity filed in week 2, a telehealth platform configured by week 5, lab partnerships established by week 6, a patient acquisition strategy built by week 9, and first patients onboarded in month 3.
The program is designed for practitioners who are ready to move — not for practitioners who are still exploring whether they want a telehealth clinic.
