This is the right question — the value of the program is in its specificity and sequencing, not in a high-level outline. Here is exactly what each week of the program involves and what it produces.
Week 1: Clinic vision, niche definition, and competitive positioning. You define exactly what type of hormone optimization practice you are building — what patient population (men’s health, women’s health, general longevity, specific age groups), what clinical focus (testosterone and HRT, thyroid and metabolic, peptides and longevity, or a combination), and what differentiates you from other options in your licensed states. This session also identifies any current barriers — state licensing gaps, existing collaborative agreements, credential-specific constraints — that need to be addressed in the build timeline.
Week 2: Legal entity formation. Your specific entity type (LLC, PLLC, or PC) is selected based on your state’s professional licensing requirements, and the formation documents are filed during or immediately after this session. By the end of week 2, your practice entity exists legally.
Week 3: Telehealth licensing pathway. Your current licensure is audited, your target patient states are identified, and a specific multi-state licensing plan is created — including which states to prioritize, which compact (NLC, IMLC) applies to your credential, and the timeline and cost for each state. Week 4: HIPAA compliance framework. All required HIPAA documentation is established — Privacy Policy, Notice of Privacy Practices, Security Risk Assessment, and Business Associate Agreements with identified vendors.
